Baked Ravioli
Delicious and easy to make with frozen raviolis making it perfect for a busy weeknight
Ingredients
1 pound ground sausage
25 ounces frozen cheese or meat ravioli
24 ounces marinara sauce
14.5 ounces diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

The Sauce
Cook sausage in a sauce pot, drain.
Pour the marinara sauce and diced tomatoes in the pot with the sausage, heat until it is hot.

Layering
Spread about 1 cup of the sauce/sausage mixture over the bottom of a 13x9 inch casserole dish.

Arrange half of the raviolis over the sauce.
It's ok if the raviolis overlap slightly if needed.

Spread about 2 cups sauce over the raviolis.
Sprinkle about 1 cup of cheese over the sauce.

Layer and Bake
Repeat layers once and cover with foil.
Bake ravioli at 350 degrees for 40-50, minutes until center is 160 degrees.

Remove from oven when internal temperature is 160 degrees.
Allow baked ravioli to rest about 10 minutes before serving.
