Leftover Turkey Casserole with Stuffing

This is a casserole that uses your Thanksgiving Day leftovers. You can change the amounts used based on the leftovers you have.

Ingredients
4 cups stuffing about
3 cups turkey cooked
2 cups gravy
3 cups mashed potatoes
12 ounces mixed vegetables
1 Tablespoon minced onion dried
½ teaspoon garlic powder
3 Tablespoons butter

In a sauce pot heat up the vegetables, gravy, turkey, minced onion and garlic powder. Heat over medium heat until heated through.

Lightly pack the stuffing in the bottom of a 2 and a half or 3 quart baking dish.

Evenly pour the turkey and gravy mixture over top of the stuffing.

Carefully spread the mashed potatoes as best as you can over the turkey mixture.

Thinly slice the butter. Place the thin slices over the top of the mashed potatoes.

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes, until it is heated through.
