Easy and Delicious Greek Yogurt and Berry Popsicles
Just 4 Ingredients
Fresh berries -
strawberries, raspberries or blackberries are best
Vanilla Greek yogurt
*instructions in post for making vanilla yogurt from plain yogurt if needed.
A chopper, hand blender or food processor works best for this.
Add the berries, sugar and lemon juice together. Blend until there are no big chunks of berries, about 20-30 seconds.
You can layer them how you like!
How we do it:
2-3 spoons of berry mixture on bottom
2-3 spoons of yogurt next
Evenly add any remaining berry mix or yogurt.
Place the lid on the popsicle mold and add the popsicle sticks to each one.
Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
This makes 8 Greek yogurt and berry popsicles but we also include instructions for making 10.
