Parmesan Grilled Boneless Chicken Thighs

Easy and Delicious

These grilled boneless chicken thighs are easy to make with just a simple homemade dry rub featuring parmesan cheese.  They are perfect for a cookout or family dinner!

The Ingredients

boneless chicken thighs paprika salt black pepper  garlic powder dried minced onion parmesan cheese

Mix together the dry rub ingredients in a small prep bowl.  Evenly coat the boneless chicken thighs with the dry rub.

Grilling

Grilled boneless chicken thighs are best cooked over direct heat on a grill preheated to about 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grilling

Cook the chicken thighs for 7 minutes before flipping.  Flip and cook for about 7 more minutes, until the chicken thighs are at least 165 degrees.  We think they are best at 175 degrees.

Temperature

Grilled boneless chicken thighs need to be at least 165 degrees.  But at 175, the texture and the flavor are both better.  At 165 they may have a slightly tougher texture, they soften as they get hotter.

Allow the grilled boneless chicken thighs to rest about 5-10 minutes after removing from grill before serving. Enjoy!
