1 cup peanut butter 4 Tablespoons butter ½ cup Greek yogurt¾ cup light brown sugar packed¾ cup sugar2 eggs1½ teaspoons vanilla extract2¼ cups flour spooned and leveled1 teaspoon baking soda¼ teaspoon salt2 cups chocolate chips
Cream
With a hand or stand mixer cream the butter, yogurt, peanut butter, brown sugar and sugar together. Mix for 2 minutes on medium.
Eggs and Vanilla
Add in both eggs and vanilla extract. Mix on medium speed for about 1 minute.
Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl whisk the flour, salt and baking soda together. Pour into the dough and mix on low until fully incorporated.
Chocolate Chips
Pour in the chocolate chips and stir with a spoon or a spatula until mixed through.
Scoop
We prefer a cookie scoop but you can use a spoon. Scoop the dough into even size dough balls - about 1 and a half tablespoons of dough.
Bake
Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper about 2-3 inches apart.Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.
Cool and Enjoy!
Allow cookies to sit on baking tray for 5 minutes before moving to cooling rack. Enjoy!
