Easy Grill Ranch Potato Foil Packs

2 pounds potatoes 2 Tablespoons olive oil 3 Tablespoons ranch seasoning or 2 Tablespoons powdered milk 1 teaspoon parsley 1 teaspoon minced onion ½ teaspoon salt  ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon dried chives ¼ teaspoon pepper

Cut Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into small bite size chunks. Place in gallon bag or large mixing bowl.

Season Potatoes

Pour oil over the potatoes and toss to coat. Pour the seasoning mixture over the potatoes and toss to coat.

Foil Packs

Split the potatoes in half (doesn't have to be exact) and make 2 foil packs

Grill

Grill

Preheat grill to 400 degrees and keep 1 burner on low. Place the foil packs on the burner set to low and cook 30-40 minutes, until fork tender.

Be careful opening foil packs as there will be hot steam. Cook until they are fork tender or desired texture.
