Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

Perfectly soft texture  and full of flavor


1 cup peanut butter  4 Tablespoons butter  ½ cup Greek yogurt ¾ cup light brown sugar packed ¾ cup sugar 2 eggs 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract 2¼ cups flour spooned and leveled 1 teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt 2 cups chocolate chips


With a hand or stand mixer cream the butter, yogurt, peanut butter, brown sugar and sugar together.  Mix for 2 minutes on medium.

Eggs and Vanilla

Add in both eggs and vanilla extract.  Mix on medium speed for about 1 minute.

Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl whisk the flour, salt and baking soda together.  Pour into the dough and mix on low until fully incorporated.

Chocolate Chips

Pour in the chocolate chips and stir with a spoon or a spatula until mixed through.


We prefer a cookie scoop but you can use a spoon.  Scoop the dough into even size dough balls - about 1 and a half tablespoons of dough.


Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper about 2-3 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.  

Cool and Enjoy!

Allow cookies to sit on baking tray for 5 minutes before moving to cooling rack.  Enjoy!
