Notes
Nutritional values are estimated and will vary based on the size of the chicken breasts and the breadcrumbs you use.For breadcrumbs, salt and parsley - Panko breadcrumbs are a little bigger and have a great texture to them on this chicken, but you can use regular or gluten free in their place. If you use seasoned breadcrumbs, you can leave out the salt and parsley.Cayenne pepper - A few dashes will not make the chicken spicy. You can definitely add more if you like a bit of spice.Important note - There are many factors which can cause the chicken to take a little longer or even a little less time to cook including the size of the chicken and the fact that ovens can vary. Be sure to test with a thermometer instead of relying on time to tell if it is cooked all the way.
